We aim to personalise and despatch your items within 24 hours of your order being placed. This timeframe may extend slightly over especially busy periods such as Christmas or during other exceptional circumstances. Please note that we do not ship on bank holidays.
We can also send directly to the recipient, in which case we will remove the receipt and add a gift note for you. Please enter your gift note on the checkout page and we will add it to your parcel.
