BLACK FRIDAY

WILL YOU BE DOING ANY BLACK FRIDAY OFFERS?

We don't believe in fast fashion. A huge amount of care goes into making our products, and we make every single one of them to last.

 

That's why, once again, we won't be discounting this Black Friday. Instead we'll be offering the same service and attention to detail that you can expect from us all year round.

 

What matters to us is a Christmas of fewer but better quality gifts, which are carefully chosen and as sustainably sourced as possible.

 

We are a team of hard-working, skilled and loyal members who are incredibly grateful for every single order that comes our way.

PERSONALISATION

IS PERSONALISATION FREE?

Yes! All personalisation is completely free of charge.

HOW MANY LETTERS CAN I HAVE?

It depends on the product but most of our products can fit up to 9 letters and some are 5 or 3 depending on the space. Occasionally we can fit more, so if you have a special request or want to check, please email us at sales@willbeesbespoke.com and we can check if it fits for you.

CAN I CHOOSE UPPERCASE OR LOWERCASE?

All our personalisation is UPPERCASE. If your order confirmation does display a mixture of cases, rest assured it will all be in uppercase.

CAN I CHOOSE TO HAVE MY PRODUCT WITHOUT PERSONALISATION?

Yes you can. Just select the 'no personalisation' option on the product page.

I DIDN'T HAVE MY PRODUCT PERSONALISED BUT I'VE CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I HAVE IT DONE AT A LATER DATE?

Yes of course. If you bring the product into the shop we can personalise it at any time for you. If you don't live near-by you can email us at sales@willbeesbespoke.com and arrange posting it to us.

CAN I CHANGE MY PERSONALISATION ONCE IT HAS BEEN EMBOSSED?

No. Our embossing method is permanent and cannot be removed or changed once personalisation has been completed on your product.

WILL IT TAKE LONGER TO HAVE MY PRODUCT PERSONALISED?

No, there is no additional time added to process personalised orders versus non-personalised. If you choose personalisation, it will not delay your order getting to you.

MY ORDER

CAN I ADD A GIFT NOTE TO MY ORDER?

Yes ! If you would like your product to be delivered directly to the recipient, you can add a note to the order at the checkout page and we will handwrite your message and include it in your parcel.

DO YOU INCLUDE PRICES IN THE ORDERS?

No, we do not display any pricing in our orders, either on products or on packing notes.

HOW WILL MY GIFT CARD ARRIVE?

If you order an E-Gift Card, your card will be delivered via email.

If you order a "physical" Gift Card, it will be gift boxed and sent in the post to the address provided. Please note, we will also send an email with the gift card code, this is purely as a back-up in case the card is lost.

DO YOU COMBINE GIFT CARDS?

We will combine the amounts on the physical gift card unless stated otherwise.

E.G. if you purchase a £100 + £50 we will send out one card for £150.

If you would like us to send separate cards to the same address, please specify by leaving a note in the gift note section of the checkout.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY ON PERSONALISED ITEMS?

Orders for bespoke goods cannot be cancelled or changed (once work has started on them).
Bespoke goods which are delivered as described and are in good condition may not be refunded. We reserve the right to charge for re-posting of bespoke goods returned in error.

We cannot take responsibility for customer generated mistakes, (errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammar errors; order quantity, or other ordering errors. To prevent these errors from happening, please review your order carefully before proceeding to payment.)
Faulty goods will be rectified free of charge.

Any problems with any part of a bespoke order must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Please e-mail sales@willbeesbespoke.com who will contact you in regards to the fault and how to return the goods.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY ON NON-PERSONALISED ITEMS?

Most things we sell are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, so just return them to us unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, with your receipt and we’ll give you a refund. This does not include any bespoke,personalised or embossed items.


If you don’t have your receipt, as long as you have a proof of purchase we’ll exchange the item or give you a refund.


Our 30 day money back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights, in particular any right you have to return the goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations.

WHAT DO I DO IF THERE'S A FAULT WITH MY PRODUCT?

All our products are handmade, and from time to time there can be small mistakes due to human error. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and thorough quality checks, but very occasionally it is possible for something to slip through the net.

If you bring it into the workshop or send it back to us within 30 days with your proof of purchase, we’ll give you a replacement or a refund. It's best to send us an email at sales@willbeesbespoke.com beforehand.


This does not affect your statutory rights.

LAMPSHADES & CUSHIONS

CAN I ORDER LAMPSHADES & CUSHIONS TO BE SENT INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently don't offer international shipping for these online as the costs are very high due to the size. If you would like us to quote for sending these internationally, please give us a call on 01548 842 119 or email us at sales@willbeesbespoke.com 

DO YOU HAVE ANY LAMPSHADES IN STOCK?

Yes, we have a selection of Lampshades which are available in store and can be sent out immediately.

If your shade of choice is not in stock, they can be made to order and usually take around 3 weeks.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A MADE TO ORDER LAMPSHADE?

The average production time is around 3 weeks.

WHAT IS THE CUSHION FILLING?

The cushions are filled with 100% Certified ethically harvested duck feather.

CAN I ORDER THE CUSHIONS WITHOUT THE FILLING?

Yes ! Just leave a note in the checkout and we will send the covers flat.

CAN I ORDER FABRIC BY THE METRE?
