Our totes are all handmade in England and personalised for you by embossing in store with your name or initials, courtesy of our complimentary embossing service.
We aim to personalise and despatch your order to you as quickly as possible, we often send out deliveries the same day – or the next day failing this.
We can also send directly to the recipient, in which case we will remove the receipt and add a gift note for you. Please enter your gift note on the checkout page and we will add it to your parcel.
